Draw me a Sheep: The Legal Implications of Text to Image Systems

Text-to-image generators, such as DALL-E-2 or Stable Diffusion introduce new ways of producing images, which may challenge our conventional beliefs about authorship and creativity, raising a whole new set of legal questions, such as the rights of owners in the original training data, ownership in the output images, and rights in textual prompts. The research workshop will offer an opportunity to discuss the technological and legal implications of AI generated images. הדוברים
