Prof. Niva Elkin – Koren
Prof. Elkin – Koren has brought with her more than 20 years of active involvement in cutting-edge scholarship focused on the democratic and social functions of copyright; intellectual property and entrepreneurship, computational law and using AI for social good. Elkin-Koren co-founded the Haifa Center for Law & Technology; previously served as Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Haifa and was the Founding Director of a Master’s program in Patent Law for scientists and engineers. She has been a Faculty Associate at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University (since 2013) and has taught at leading institutions around the world.
